Kookaburras are my all time favourite birds. Their soft browns whites and oranges contrast so beautifully with pops of blue in their wing feathers. Its such an Iconic scene to watch a happy little Kooka sitting on a fence post or washing line, staring intently at the ground below in search of lunch!
Kooka is 31 x 26cm (trim to A4 frame) and painted on Saunders 640gsm hot pressed, archival watercolour paper. Painted using Shminke Horodam finest Pure Pigments this piece is lightfast and ready to frame, frames from places such as Kmart etc are perfect for the budget concious however I do recommend having this piece professionally framed to ensure its longevity. This is an heirloom piece that will last many, many years if cared for correctly.
This is a once off, original artwork. There will not be any reproduction print runs.
