The Gum Blossom
Loosely based on a Silver Princess Gum, the rainbow of colour when you look at their slender branches up close is really quite wonderful. They may have the name Silver Princess but they are so very rarely just bland old silver. My all time favorite Gum species is not immortalised in this once off work of art.
The Gum Blossom is 29.5x21cm and painted on Arches 300gsm cold pressed watercolour paper. Painted using Shminke Horodam finest Pure Pigments this piece is lightfast and ready to frame, frames from places such as Kmart etc are perfect for the budget concious however I do recommend having this piece professionally framed to ensure its longevity. This is an heirloom piece that will last many, many years if cared for correctly.
This is a once off, original artwork. There will not be any reproduction print runs.
